Michael

Mike earned his degree in Finance from the University of Montana. HIs first experience in real estate was in the early 2000’s while living and working as an expatriate in Samara, Russia where he raised money to purchase a home and helped other expats there at the time to do the same. He has been investing in real estate ever since. Mike has co-sponsored multiple projects to purchase 7000 apartment and self storage units. He has been a featured writer on the Bigger Pockets Real Estate Podcast, a guest on several real estate podcast shows, and has taught multifamily syndication to 400-level finance students in the university setting.

Mike leads out in his community by raising funds for NPO’s in both startup and development phases. He is the Founder of Storyline, an organization that provides leadership training for local leaders around the world.

Mike has been married for 25 years to his wife Kristen. Together they have three children. Their best family memories involve Mike leading out and taking his family on international service mission projects in Russia, Ukraine, and Germany.

Kirk

Kirk is a native West Texas flatlander where he earned his degree at Texas Tech University and later pursued further education at the American University in Dubai. Kirk first became attuned to the power of real estate when helping his widowed mom sort through her future and finances, “Of all the assets my dad left behind, the insurance policy and stocks were helpful, but I quickly realized that the passive income, equity, and tax advantages of their real estate holdings was going to sustain my mom over the long haul”.

Since that time, Kirk has co-sponsored deals consisting of multifamily (5000 doors), self storage (1800 units), and hotel syndications (2 Hiltons, 1 Mariott).

Over the past 30 years, Kirk has raised over $50mm for various NPO’s and has worked in sales strategy and effectiveness, fund development, and organizational culture setting.

Kirk leads out in his community through Boy Scouts of America and by serving at his church. He leads out in his personal life completing several marathons and Spartan Races. His greatest delight is leading out in his family, being an intentional father of three and husband to his wife Sheila for over twenty years.
